Tattletail

Obey Tattletail’s mischevious demands.

Tattletail is an indie horror game developed by Waygetter Electrionics and published by Little Flag Software. You opened your Tattletail before Christmas, and now he won’t stay in his box. Can you keep him out of trouble until Christmas day? Or will Mama Tattletail find her baby and hunt you down first? I heard she was recalled after she ate a kid’s eyes out. Just a rumor. Tattletail is a short, story-driven first person horror game about everyone’s favorite talking toy from the 90’s.

Tattletail Review:

7.5 Total Score
Good

Tattletail is a really thoughtfully put together short-form game, that manages to bring some genuinely new ideas to indie horror games in both the gameplay and the theme. There was definitely a lot of thought and love put into the aesthetic of this game. The video quality for the Tattletails™ commercial was absolutely spot on. Even the way the in-game environment was modeled it remindes of old 90s computer games. For those of you who don't know what a Tattletail is, a Tattletail was the first version of what we now know as Furbies. However, these were invented in the 1990's. A very unique product for its time being as well. This game was inspired by the types of fears people obtained from these robo-pets. There are 22 secret eggs you can find throughout the game and I notice that there isn't a difference to the ending if you find them all or not. Overall, it's a great little buy and I recommend checking out some gameplay or play it yourself!
