Colony building game set on a Steampunk frontier of survival, production, science, and cosmic horror.
Clockwork Empires is a simulation-strategy game made by Gaslamp Games, Inc. Take on the role of a Colonial Bureaucrat sent forth by the Clockwork Empire to build a Frontier Colony. But be wary – every colonist is a unique simulated individual with their own personality, motivation, secrets, and peculiar desires which must be satisfied lest they invite Terrible Consequences ranging from occult rituals to delicious cannibalism.

Clockwork Empires Review:
Clockwork Empires sends players as an agent of the Victorian empire to a new land, to oversee a new colony. It's up to you to ensure the success of a Frontier Colony populated by ambitious overseers, brave soldiers, and oppressed labourers who work and live in workshops, mines, scientific laboratories, lavishly decorated houses, farms, chapels, pubs, and more! The game features randomly generated maps in different biomes with no overall objective, other than survival and expansion. Clockwork Empires is a very compelling management game thanks to its distinctive theme, detailed citizens, customized building layouts, multi-step item production, and hostile environment. Good if you want to build a town with production chains, with a lovecraftian/victorian/steampunk twist.
