Cross Racing Championship Extreme Review

8.7 Total Score
Good

CRC Extreme is a Patched and Fixed Version of CRC 2005. This is a perfect mix between sim and arcade. You get realistic movement of the vehicle, but it isn't as precise as in some hardcore sims and doesn't require a wheel to play. It looks very good for its age. There are other game modes than racing in multiplayer. Damage modeling is not bad, you can loose wheels and parts of the car and all deformations are dynamic. What really marks CRC as excellent value for money is not the endless mods that you can make to the cars, nor the exacting tuning of the car you can work on, not the many game modes which all distinguish themselves, not even the fact that the AI is spot on with the challenges it offers, neither the great attention to scenery details, car deformation, which it is presented in a polished and stylish way. A must play for any who like's and want to learn racing basics!
